Embraceable Groups

Embraceables (Mobile Alabama) (Feat Herman Bracey) – From Someone Who Loves You/ Gotta Pretty Little Baby, ’59 (Sandy 1025)

(No info found to link the Sandy Embraceables with the Johnny Lee Williams group on Cy.)

Embraceables (New Orleans Label)

– (There’s A) Wall Between Us/ SAM (The 8th Of May), ’62 (Dover 4100)

– Come Back/ Destiny, ’62 (Dover 4101)

Embraceables (Mobile Alabama) (Lead Johnny Lee Williams) – Don’t Call For Me/ My Foolish Pride, ’62 (Cy 1004)

(Artist discographies consistently state Johnny Lee Williams (ref Drifters) led both sides on the Embraceables release in 1962.)

Embraceables (Mobile Alabama) as Johnny Williams (& Group) – Don’t Call For Me/ My Foolish Pride, ’70 (Cy 001)

(Book lists with 1961 date.  Label site lists as 1970.  Sides could have been previously unreleased or might be a reissue of an earlier Embraceables/Implacables release.)

Implacables (ref Johnny Lee Williams) – Don’t Call For Me/ My Foolish Pride, ’60 (Kain 1004)

(Book listed as Implaceables.  Label is located in Alabama which is consistent with Johnny Lee Williams location after he left the Drifters.  The book’s 1960 date is unconfirmed and it is thought the titles were originally released on the Cy label in 1962.)
